Yacoub is a family firm of accountants and tax advisers, built over three generations and serving its clients for more than 45 years.

Founder · Tax adviser
Michael Yacoub founded the office in the late 1970s and laid the foundations of the way we still work: personal attention, integrity and full commitment to the client. Michael worked at the office until 2005, and his legacy still guides us every day.
Second generation · CPA
In 1996 Fadi Yacoub, Michael's eldest son, joined the office. A certified public accountant, Fadi carries the family legacy to this day and leads the office with close to three decades of professional experience.
Third generation · CPA
In recent years Fadi was joined by his eldest son, Michael Yacoub, CPA. He brings advanced technology to the office, pairing his father's deep experience with digital innovation and AI tools.
So our clients get the best of both worlds: decades of experience, with service that is fast, efficient and up to date.
Yes. Paperwork comes in on WhatsApp, by email, as a photo or as an upload; reports and filings go back the same way; and anything that needs a signature is arranged when it comes up. If you would rather sit in the office, you are welcome. That is a preference, not a condition.
It means the mechanical part of the work is done by automated tools: pulling supplier, date, amount and VAT out of a photographed document, proposing a classification, and matching it against bank and credit card movements. What was hours of typing takes minutes. It does not replace accounting judgment — it just gets us there faster.
A person. A bookkeeper goes over the intake and the classification and handles anything unusual or unclear, and a CPA checks and signs the reports. The technology proposes; the decision, the professional responsibility and the signature stay with the professionals in the office.
Yes. Your documents can be in Hebrew, Arabic or English, and we work with you in English throughout. Send an invoice or any other document in any of them and get your answer in the language you prefer.
Ongoing and annual alike: VAT and the online PCN874 filing, income tax advance payments, Form 102 and the annual withholding report 856, personal return 1301, company return 1214 and financial statement 6111, plus depreciation and Form 11. Filing is done online through Shaam, with a filing tracker that never lets a period slip.
Both. Self-employed people and sole traders required to keep single-entry books get exactly that; Ltd. companies and non-profits are run on double-entry bookkeeping, with a trial balance and an adjusted profit and loss statement.
Yes. The office audits financial statements for government bodies under the State Comptroller's requirements, carries out audits for the Ministry of Interior and for local authorities, and audits non-profits and large companies. Every audit follows the relevant regulator's requirements and is signed by a CPA.
Possibly — many employees and self-employed people are owed a refund and do not know it. We review the relevant years, file the refund return and follow it through with the assessing officer until the refund arrives. The same goes for a capital declaration: if you have been asked for one, we prepare and file it.
Less than it seems. We contact your previous accountant, collect the material and the ledgers, check where things stand and complete whatever is missing. In most cases it takes one signature and one call from you. The cleanest time to move is the start of a tax year or a reporting period, but it can be done at any point.
